Resolution Process

Invitation for expressions of interest, evaluation criteria, request for resolution plans and related documents. Prospective resolution applicants should read the notices and eligibility criteria carefully.

How the process runs

  1. Public announcement and claims. Creditors submit claims with proof, within the time stated in the announcement.
  2. Committee of Creditors. Constituted after claims are verified. It decides on key matters of the process.
  3. Invitation for expressions of interest. Issued with eligibility criteria. Interested parties apply and are provisionally listed.
  4. Information and request for resolution plans. Shortlisted parties may receive access to information on signing a confidentiality undertaking.
  5. Evaluation and approval. Plans are placed before the Committee of Creditors and then the Tribunal.

Access to the information memorandum is restricted. Prospective resolution applicants should write to the IRP; access is given only after eligibility and a confidentiality undertaking.
